“Hayden: The thing I like most about working here is the customers. But I also like the high handling of everything; dealing with some of the best meat in the world. It’s a quality product and I take a lot of pride in my work. A scotch fillet is probably my favourite. Peter: I also like a scotch fillet. If I was going to have meat on the bone, I’d go T-bone; it’s the only time I’d have eye fillet, when it’s attached to the T-bone.”
