“Cooking and eating pork ribs is a love affair for us, and we had the pleasure sampling pork ribs from the butchery at Grima Bros Wholesale, a family owned and operated business in Gregory Hills. We like to prepare the ribs with olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and special rub — spices available from all good butchers. We wrap the ribs in alfoil on a low heat in the oven for two hours, and when ready we enjoy them with greens or roast vegetables, and washed down with a cold beer or other beverage of choice.”
