Sophia Crose, St. John’s Agricultural College Dubbo

“Today we’re just seeing what we do with some cows at cattle shows; what happens and how we keep them nice and clean. We’ve got some limousine cows; black ones but you can also get apricots. We also have square-metres and square-metre crosses, and we also have shorthorns, two big Herefords, and one tiny, square-metre cross limo. We have a farm at home and a few other properties around Dubbo. We do some crop and live off cattle there, so it’s all good. I’ve always been a horsey person — I love it! I love like a good rib-eye or New York steak, or a T-bone. It depends on the night to be honest.”
