The JSC office boasts decades of experience across all types of property, including residential, commercial, industrial and rural land. “My father, who is still in the business, starting doing conveyancing as a retirement job, and then something became available here and that’s how it all started for me,” explains Lloyd Coetzee. “I did my qualifications, quite some time ago, and I’m still here.”

Lloyd says that with most clients it’s about managing their expectations, as well as educating them. “So they understand what they’re doing in their next steps and what they’re getting themselves into should they buy or sell. We get clients who know exactly what they’re doing and then we have those who are very green; first home buyers, for example, who know absolutely nothing and you’ve got to tell them what to do, and when to do it, every step of the way.”
